Tricia HoeflingTricia A. Hoefling, J.D., is an assistant teaching professor at Georgetown University, where she teaches courses on Constitutional law, civil rights, poverty, and family law in the Women’s & Gender Studies Program. She has also taught courses as an adjunct professor at Georgetown Law, Georgetown School of Medicine and the Georgetown School of Health. Previously, Tricia practiced law for many years at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLC in New York, and worked as a consultant for Whole Woman’s Health Alliance, a national reproductive rights nonprofit with clinics across the United States. Tricia has served on the board of several local and national nonprofit organizations, including the Emily Couric Leadership Foundation, the Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace & Security, Whole Woman’s Health Alliance, and the Board of Regents at Georgetown University. She currently serves as Chair of the Governing Council of The Miller Center for Public Affairs at the University of Virginia. Tricia received her BS from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and her JD from Columbia Law School.
